Today’s post is a little out of the ordinary for Treble in the Kitchen…it’s about FASHION!

While I consider myself FAR from a fashionista, I really enjoy shopping, new clothes, and scouring pinterest/fashion blogs for outfit inspiration.  So, when the wonderful team over at RocksBox reached out to me asking if I wanted to review their jewelry rental service I was pretty darn excited to say yes!

RocksBox is a jewelry rental service.  It costs about $20 a month and you receive a box in your mailbox with three pieces of designer jewelry curated based on a style profile that you complete.

It also helps if you create a wishlist so that your stylist can understand what kind of style you are hoping to achieve.  While I LOVE big, shiny, pretty necklaces right now I just don’t have anywhere to wear that kind of jewelry so simple pieces that go with multiple outfits is the type of look I am going for.

When I received my box on Saturday I was SOO excited to peak inside and see what I got!

The first thing I want to make note of is how EASY they make it to return the jewelry!! The package it is shipped in is the SAME package you return it in AND they include the shipping label 🙂

I absolutely loved the personal note from my stylist 🙂

Inside my box I received the Sophie Harper Pave Circle Necklace.  I love this piece because it is so delicate yet pretty.  It was simple enough to wear with my yoga clothes or even a regular, everyday casual outfit 🙂

I also received the Margaret Elizabeth Teardrop Bangle in White Druzy.  This pairs perfectly with the silver and gold watch I wear on a daily basis!

The last piece of jewelry I received was a pair of earrings:  House of Harlow 1960 Tessellation Triangle Cluster Set in Turquoise.  I am known to wear the same pair of earrings almost every single day, so it was fun to switch things up with these adorable studs!

Now, I get to enjoy this fun, new jewelry for as long as I want!  If I fall in LOVE with a piece, then I can certainly purchase it but only if I want to.  When I am done renting the jewelry, I get to send it back and get three new pieces!! I love it! And for $20?!  I feel like it’s a price that can’t be beat.

As far as what to do if the jewelry gets damaged, how to care for the jewelry and honestly anything else you want or need to know, RocksBox has an AMAZING FAQs page that covers it all 🙂

Here is the best part!

  1. […] a big shopper, but I love finding out about new things online! I had never heard of Rocksbox before reading about it from Treble in The Kitchen! This sounds like such a good idea. Who doesn’t love […]

  2. Love the bracelet! I got it with a blue stone and wear it all the time. My only problem with Rocksbox is that I always lose the rings or one of the earrings and then have to buy them (damnit LOL).

    • AH! I hope I don’t lose the jewelry! Although having to purchase these cute gems wouldn’t be such a bad thing 🙂

  3. I’ve never heard of RocksBox! That’s an interesting concept. I tend to wear a piece of jewelry constantly and then forget about it, so this could definitely be worth looking into. The pieces you got are adorable!
