Nathan Water Bottle: ย I have this Nathan Water Bottle in pink and I use it every day. ย I absolutely love the straw and soft mouth piece, and it is so durable. ย I usually have a problem with my water bottlers breaking because I carry them with me at all times, and this bottle has help up the longest. ย Even better than my Camelbak!

  1. Hey Treble in the Kitchen!

Just followed you on Twitter and sent you a tweet! This prize package would be an awesome way to start my new year off on a healthier, happier foot!

    ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Over Thanksgiving, I felt pretty good by keeping my meals regular whenever possible and working out fairly consistently. Tons of sleep in the form of naps probably didn’t hurt either. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. To stay happy and healthy during the holidays I continue my regular exercise routine which includes Zumba and biking. I also indulge here and there, but in moderation, and with lots of water ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. I stay healthy during the Holiday season by making sure to get in a walk daily & eating clean. I do enjoy my fair share of cookies though – in moderation of course!

  5. Hi Tara, I love your blog! I already like your FB page. Tonight I made my grandma overnight oats, thanks to your inspiration.

  6. I try to eat healthy at home and fit in quick workouts and then indulge a lite when I go out but I don’t go overboard.

  7. I increase the amount of Jazzercise classes I attend and limit, not deprive myself of all the Holiday goodies!

  8. Oh man I want to win this so badly! I stay healthy by getting lots of sleep, which can be challenging with all the parties and social requirements of the season. But I’ve learned that it’s better to sacrifice my morning workout to maintain 8 hours a night, than to squeeze in something and be tired and susceptible to sugar cravings all day.

  9. Being in the middle of a cross-country move and living in a hotel has made it more difficult to keep up with my healthy habits during the holidays, but I always manage to make time for a workout and I eat as healthy as I can!

  10. I try to stay healthy and happy by making sure I still eat nutritious, filling foods but I try not to stress when I eat one too many holiday cookies or treats!

  11. I follow you on twitter and I tweeted! I keep up with my exercise routines during the holidays even though it is busy. Especially during the week. I pack workout clothes the night before and put it with my work stuff so there will be NO excuse not to go to the gym after work!

  12. What a great week of giveaways! I stay healthy during the holidays by running every day . I feel so much better after a good long run. Also, drinking lots of water!! And indulging in sweets ๐Ÿ˜‰

  13. I stay healthy by getting up each morning for the 5:30 crossfit class! Getting in my workout early gets me ready for the craziness of the holiday season.

  14. I stay happy and healthy by making time for my family and loved ones first, then everything else will fall into place!

  15. Wow! Great giveaway! I am trying to stay healthy by drinking lots of water each day. I also just bought a bunch of grapefruit through a school fundraiser – so I better eat those!

  16. To stay healthy, I keep up on getting in my workouts. This year I started going to a personal trainer which helps keep me motivated and on track and just last week I officially started my marathon training. Lots to keep me active! ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. I keep up with my exercise routine and set mini diet challenges to keep me focused. Last year, I gave up added sweeteners and this year, I’m following a body builder-esque diet to keep me lean. It shifts the attention from the food around me to doing something good.

  18. I try to focus on balance!!! I used to focus on getting an hour workout in no matter what, always just eating the super healthy stuff – but that wasn’t ENJOYING life and making memories, now I focus on indulging wisely and moving when I can each day!
