Lately I feel like I’ve been spread a bit too thin.  Never a good feeling!

I’m enjoying all of the things I have going on, but my brain is a bit cluttered and I can tell it’s searching for a break.  That being said, I know my current schedule/routine (or lack there of) will all change once I begin my dietetic internship this summer.  For the time being, I’m just trying to hang in with the commitments I’ve made and prepare myself for the awesome learning opportunity I will have while completing my internship.

Because I am a little bit all over the place I am thankful for a couple of things: 1) my husband who keeps me balance and sane and makes me carve out time for relaxation and fun and 2) clothing that is versatile enough to wear out with friends, while walking the dogs, or just lounging around (and that’s sustainably made!)

Last weekend I was able to enjoy both of those things!  We started things out by enjoying a fantastic dinner with friends.

Not too long ago, the folks at prAna sent Brian and I some tops to try out, and we are both so in love with them.  They are both pictured in the image above at a dinner with friends last Friday night! (That’s where the versatile, comfortable and sustainable clothing comes in!)

We have loved prAna clothing for a while now, and Brian’s absolute favorite pair of workout shorts is from prAna :).   When they reached out to partner with me, I was happy to say yes to a company that was such a good  fit.

I received the Parker Sweater in Koi and loved how it looked with wedges and white shorts.  The sweater has a ton of little holes in it and a very loose fit, so a lacy bralette works really well underneath.

Brian received the Wes LS Crew in Coal and seriously cannot stop talking about how great it is.  He thinks it’s comfortable, made from durable material and the style is versatile too.  The first time he wore it was out to dinner, but he’s also worn it lounging around the house and while walking the dogs.  The material on his top is a bit thicker, so I’d say it’s great for cool morning walks but with summer on the way we may have to pack this top up soon!

The next big thing I’m planning for is a trip to New York City next week, and I am definitely wearing this cozy sweater on the airplane.

When I travel, I like to look relatively put together but I like my clothing to feel super comfortable…which is why this sweater is perfect 🙂
