Several weeks ago, I started creating a list of companies that I supported and wanted to work with and Bob’s Red Mill was one of the first companies I thought of.

I love the quality of their products, the variety of their products is amazing, I use their products all the time, and I wanted to be able to share some of their products with all of you!

Just to show you what I’m talking about when I say “I use their products all the time.”

And that’s not even everything I use!

Bob’s Red Mill has been around since 1978 producing high quality grains that are milled using traditional techniques, such as grinding whole grains with a stone mill at cool temperatures.

When I reached out to Bob’s Red Mill, they quickly responded asking me to pick out three of my favorite products for some of you to try.  What a task!!  Clearly…I have a lot of favorite Bob’s Red Mill products.

After much consideration, I selected:

Almond Meal, Coconut Flour, and Nutritional Yeast.

I use coconut flour quite a bit when experimenting with gluten free baking.

Some of our favorite coconut flour recipes are these fluffy coconut flour pancakes and these muffins.

Almond meal is also used when experimenting with baking, but we also use this in quite a few savory recipes as well!

I love using almond meal in my salmon cakes.

Now, I know I said that I picked my favorite products, but nutritional yeast is actually something pretty new to me…but I really like it!  It is high in B vitamins and has a cheesy flavor.  I like sprinkling it on my salads and I made a vegan cashew cheese dip/sauce with it…delish!!
