I created this Bodyweight Tabata Workout with the video that demos the exercises for you.
Not sure what Tabata is?
Tabata is a type of interval training, and each block of work only lasts 4 minutes! One Tabata is a series of 8 intervals. Each interval is 20 seconds long followed by a 10 second period of rest. The point of the short bursts of work is that you are working to your maximum potential within that 20 second time frame to really work the aerobic and anaerobic systems in the body.
