    I’m thinking about all the red, white and blue f I’m thinking about all the red, white and blue foods I can make to celebrate the 4th of July and this Red and Blue Berry Fruit Salsa is absolutely perfect. A little sweet, a little spicy, and perfect with a salty chip or crisp vegetable. Recipe link in bio!

-Plain Greek yogurt is filled with probiotics that benefit  digestion, is a good source of protein and is super versatile in cooking.
-Unsweetened Soy Milk like @silk contains no added sugars, a good amount of protein, omega 3 fatty acids, and other nutrients and may help fight against cancer. We love adding it to smoothies.
-Eggs are packed with nutrients important for brain health and development like choline, they are also super fast to prepare.
-Leafy greens like fresh baby spinach are easy to toss into smoothies for a boost of nutrients like vitamins A, K and iron.
-Meal kits save time and a little bit of brain space when it comes to planning and prepping meals for the week. We’ve been loving @hellofresh ever since Claire was born.

    BERRY OATMEAL BREAKFAST BAKE 🍓 This is an updat BERRY OATMEAL BREAKFAST BAKE 🍓 This is an update of a recipe I’ve been making for YEARS! Now, I make it all the time as a part of our weekend meal prep for myself and the girls to enjoy throughout the week. When making it for Claire, I just omit the maple syrup all together and it’s no big deal.
