Yum

Somedays, I am hungrier than other days.  Today was a hungry day, and I have no idea why.  So at 10:45am I made myself a salad for lunch.

This salad included broccoli, pepperoncini, kidney beans, black beans, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, cottage cheese, and salsa all on top of a bed of romaine and spinach.  It was so crisp and refreshing!  I almost forgot how much I love salads 😉

The entire afternoon has been spent crossing things off of my “list.”  This week, the children I nanny for (Sarah and Jeremy) are both at camps all day.  So, all I have to do is drop Sarah off and pick Sarah up and work on my own stuff in between.

I have been working hard to get the “boring stuff” out of the way so that tomorrow I can focus on things like creating my wedding look binder, reading my new books, and sitting in the sun.  We will see how that works out!

Now, I’m off to pick up Sarah and teach Cycle 45!  I’ll be sharing that workout later 🙂  Enjoy your afternoon.
