Cookies don’t get any easier than this. Simply mix one box of King Arthur Flour gluten-free pumpkin bread mix with a can of pumpkin and you have cookies ready to pop in the oven!
- 1 box King Arthur Flour gluten-free pumpkin bread mix
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine one can of pumpkin with one box of pumpkin bread mix. Mix until combined.
- Spoon cookies by tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
