The mid-week break was nice, but it has kind of thrown my schedule off whack. I am so ready for the weekend because there are a lot of big “to-dos” that I wanted to start after the holiday season was over…well! It’s over now and I can’t wait to get started 🙂
I’m participating in Clare from Fitting It All In‘s Five Things Friday for the second time today. You can check out my first post here! Enjoy!
Five Things I Ate
The last pieces of delicious chocolate of 2013. These little guys are tasty and addicting 🙂
Delicious French Onion Soup sans the bread and the cheese to make it “Whole 30 Compliant.” Trust me, I wasn’t missing out on a thing…this soup was GOOD! (Homemade by Brian’s Dad).
Sounds like a fantastic week. It may not sound exciting, but I found out I have PCOS & will be getting surgery on Saturday (hopefully). This procedure will hopefully allow my hormones to work again & help with my infertility.
your food looks great! i’ve fallen off the body pump wagon and desperately need to get back. i’ve heard such good things about body jam – i want to try! i love zumba so i figured i’d love body jam.
That soup and tuna salad have my tummy rumbling! One thing that made me happy this week is simply that I’m still on winter break! I have to get the last bit of my relaxation in before Monday. 20 first graders, bright and early! 🙂

My visit to San Diego to see my dad DEFINITELY made me happy! That sweet potato scramble looks delicious!
San Diego is a great place, AND you got to see your Dad…definitely a great reason to be happy! 🙂
That scramble looks like my favorite restaurant meal from a place called Early Girl Eatery.
Good luck on the Whole 30!
OH! That restaurant sounds like a place I would LOVE! What city is it in? Maybe I’ll have to visit just for the restaurant 🙂

For me bodyjam is so much more fun than Zumba 🙂 you totally have to try it!
Ahh all your food looks so yummy! I also love group fitness classes – body pump is my fav!
One thing that made me happy this week was the day off for New Years and getting my first ski of the season in 🙂
Yay for skiing!! I have only been once and wasn’t that successful 🙂 oh well!!
