This week has felt a little weird. On Wednesday, I had the feeling like “gosh…it’s only Wednesday!?” Now, today I’m like “OMG, it’s already Friday!?” HA! I guess that’s what a holiday on a Monday does to ya!
Other than, Kate visiting, there really hasn’t been a lot going on this week other than studying. I am taking my second statistics test this morning then taking the weekend off from studying (yippee!) and jumping back into things on Monday so that I can get a couple of sections complete for anatomy and psychology.
Brian and I have our second round of puppy school tomorrow, we are taking little Bernie to get another round of vaccinations, we may go out for dinner tomorrow night, I’ll probably do some baking/cooking, but other than that this weekend is going to be pretty darn low key. I hear it’s supposed to snow like 8-14 inches! To me, that sounds like perfect weather for snuggling with a movie and maybe a sweet treat 🙂

Five Things I Ate:
Breakfast scramble: 2 eggs, 1 egg white and LOTS of veggies (bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, hot sauce) with a side of strawberries and banana.
Dinner salad that tasted heavenly: kale and arugula topped with microgreens and roasted parsnips and carrots with a dijon, walnut oil and red wine vinegar dressing.
Lunch salad using up leftover roasted veggies, tomato, bell pepper, roasted chicken, and dijon.
Five Workouts I Did:
Taught Bodypump (I switched up some of the tracks this week and my legs were feeling it!!)
Taught Boot Camp on Tuesday
Headed to Tabata this morning!
Five Things Making Me Happy:
Bernie…I think he may be part human 😉 He was SLEEPING like this!! haha!
Dirty hair…gosh, not washing and doing my hair seriously shaves about 20 minutes off of my whole getting ready routine.
MyChelle!! I was working on a project with them for Dandizette Magazine and received some products to try and I am LOVING them (and my skin is loving them too!!)
The Bachelor! 🙂 I absolutely LOVED that there were two episodes this week…I don’t exactly love being on my butt in front of the TV for that amount of time, SO I’m creating a Bachelor workout to share with all of you!
