With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I know that some of you may still be searching for ideas for a special date to go on with your significant other. A lot of times, dates are often centered around being indulgent and can get a little less than healthy. I thought that a round-up of healthier date ideas may be a helpful way to share fun, unique, and somewhat active ways to spend time with the one that you love!
This activity can seem a little intimidating, but it is so fun! It is a great way to show that you trust each other, and I promise that you will be feeling a little sore from the great arm and leg workout that you received while having such a great time!
Bowling is a great way to be active while having fun at the same time. I always forget about bowling as a date option because honestly…I’m not that great at it, but at the end of the day…who really is?!
This is a great way to take advantage of local organizations, and get your walk on! Museums are inexpensive and a great way to learn about your area. Of course this one is weather permitting, but when the sun is shining and it is a bit warmer out Brian and I love taking our bikes out for a spin!!
These are just some of my favorite active and healthy dates to go on with Brian, but I would love to hear from all of you!
