- 4 cups of nuts (any blend of mixed nuts should work!)
- Roast the nuts at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Blend the nuts in a food processor, taking breaks to scrape the sides. Stop blending when the nut butter is smooth and creamy. (This could take several minutes)
This recipe is made with low FODMAP nuts but has not been tested for FODMAP content. High fat foods may be a gut irritant, so please pay attention to your body.
