Adam Bate from the Lifestyle Accountability Show reached out to me a couple of weeks ago asking if I wanted to be featured and of course I said yes.
It was so fun to do, and something totally out of the box for me.
In the podcast I talk a lot about what motivates me to stay healthy, how I got hooked on health and fitness, and what kind of advice I have for people who are new to health and fitness or wanting to make lifestyle changes.

One of the coolest things about this project is that we are all healthy living bloggers and we put advice, food, exercise, and our lives out on the internet for everyone to see…yet all of these podcasts are so different from one another. I really think the Bate Brothers did an amazing job of asking questions that allow each blogger to showcase her personality and her healthy living point of view. Everyone is different, and there is no one perfect way to be healthy and I think these podcasts are the perfect example of that.
