While grocery shopping this weekend, I had a sudden craving for kale. Now, I can imagine that most people probably don’t crave kale, but if you have been reading this blog for a while or if you know me outside of the blog, then you have probably come to the conclusion that I’m not like most people…veggies are kind of my thing.
Not only is kale a cool buzz-worthy veggie right now, but kale has awesome nutritional stats as it is high in iron, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and a ton of other good stuff.
Lately, I feel as if kale is everywhere I turn…at least in the blog world! After coming home with a big bunch of kale I started to search some of my favorite blogs for delicious kale recipes. I found so many different resources out there, that I decided to compile a bunch of these recipes all in one place.
I hope you find a recipe you want to try!

I love veggies, but I have never had Kale. Is there anything you could compare it to for me? It would be a big help. I’d like to try some of these recipes!
Hey Jen! I would compare kale to a “rougher” (in texture) version of spinach. It has a slightly more earthy flavor, but you can blend it in smoothies and not taste it at all!! I hope this helps 🙂
It does! Thank you 🙂
Thank you so much for the KALE lovin’!! LOVE IT!
Thank YOU for providing an awesome looking recipe!! 🙂 Can’t wait to try it!
