Fresh lemon and tart dijon pair together perfectly for a simple Lemon Dijon Homemade Salad Dressing perfect for dressing greens, marinating, or as a dipping sauce.



Juice of 1 lemon

2 teaspoons chopped chives, freeze-dried or fresh

1 teaspoon dijon mustard*

2 tablespoons FODY Foods garlic infused olive oil**


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes. I like to whisk this together when I start preparing a meal so the flavors have time to meld.
