Do you ever have one of those weekends that feels like you were able to squeeze just a little bit of EVERYTHING in? Well, that was our weekend! While I didn’t capture EVERY moment, I managed to snap pics of quite a few things. Enjoy!
Saturday I went to Kelly’s book signing! She blogs over at Nosh and Nourish and recently released her first cook book, Superfoods at Every Meal. She did all of the photos and recipe development and it all looks amazing!! I can’t wait to dig in and try some of her recipes. Such an inspiring girl 🙂
Brian and I gave Acro Yoga a try and LOVED it!! 🙂
I whipped up a tasty dinner with brown rice, roasted veggies, shrimp, and a tasty FODMAP friendly Thai peanut sauce (recipe coming soon…)
Sunday I did some recipe testing for a fun blog project I am working on! Nothing sponsored just a couple of fun posts I have been wanting to do for a while.
Dinner Sunday night was sauteed kale with roasted parsnips and salmon with rosemary and orange zest…yummy!
Today, Brian and I ran the Bolder Boulder! (I’ll be doing a more detailed recap of this post later this week!)
