Frozen mixed berries and bananas, kefir, chia seeds and almond milk blend to make an irresistible smoothie!
½ cup almond milk
½ frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
4 oz or half cup of plain kefir
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
This recipe has not been tested for FODMAP content. To keep this recipe low FODMAP, use a combination of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
