Hello and happy August!

I am not quite sure what is going on with wordpress this morning, but it is looking a little strange and not allowing me to insert links or pictures.

I can’t believe that it is already August, it seems like it just turned into July! This August is a little weird for me because for the first time ever I am not going back to school. I have been feeling in a bit of a funk lately, because honestly, I have always enjoyed going back to school.

Learning and seeing my friends always got me excited, and now, without those things to look forward to it can seem at times that I am lacking in things to look forward to…which is sooo untrue! The things I am looking forward to are just a little farther away. Brian and I are getting married in just under 2 years and we have an awesome venue and many great plans in the works, and in a couple of months I will be starting an amazing job as a personal trainer and fitness instructor while traveling. Because those events aren’t part of the usual routine and because they are so far down the road, it is easy for them to get lost…but I can’t forget about them!

Workout
I started off the morning with a 3 mile run followed by an arm workout that looked like this:

Hammer Curls 15 reps
Tricep Kickback 15 reps
Upward Rows 15 reps
Overhead Press 15 reps
Bicep Crossover 15 reps
*3 sets completed
10 pushups

August is also crazy because all of my random jobs are ending. Today is my last day at Emmis, and soon I will be done nannying. I will just be finishing one thing and moving on to the next.

Sorry that there are no pictures and that wordpress is being so weird, but happy August and happy Monday!

Is anyone else having trouble with wordpress?
