Pumpkin Banana Snack Bites from Natural Baby Food

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (can substitute chopped dried fruit like cranberries or dates)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon the batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through. Cool and serve (the bites can also be frozen).
