Is it just me, or has anyone else received an abundance of magazines within the past two weeks?
I have honestly received all of these publications in the mail within the last two weeks. Now, I am not complaining because I love reading each and every one of them, but seriously? Who has time to read seven magazines in a month?
I guess there could be worse things… 😉
I have honestly been loving Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp, and it has made me refreshed and excited about teaching my boot camp class this morning.
In my boot camp class, I always start out by explaining what the class is and giving any necessary announcements, going over the various exercises with the class mirroring my actions, and then head out to the gym for a warm-up jog.
I love this beginning portion of the class, because I feel like this is the time where I really get to connect to everyone involved. This is their first impression on me and the class, and it is important that I make the class seem approachable, challenging, fun, and suitable for all levels.
After the beginning portion, then it is time for WORK! Here is a look at a portion of the workout that we did today…KILLER (and Spooky!)
