Welcome to my new site!
It’s been a long time coming, and we have been working a TON behind the scenes so I am so excited to share Tara Rochford Nutrition with all of you.
I’m excited to announce that my website and blog is officially at tararochfordnutrition.com!
My goal is to make this site a resource for you when it comes to finding satisfying and nourishing recipes, effective workouts, nutrition information, and tips for living your best life.
If you have time to cruise around the site – I would love for you to check out my new Recipe Index! You can find the direct link in the footer of the site on the far right or you can click this link here.

As I was preparing for the update last week, I had many of you share fun facts with me, and I LOVED learning more about so many of you.
In honor of my new look (don’t worry, it’s still the same me behind the recipes, nutrition tips, and life that you see on social media and the blog) I wanted to share some fun facts with you.
Please share a fun fact about YOU or something you hope to find on my site in the comment section.
Based on this post, here are a few similar ones you should check out.

My name is Tiffany. I found your website after reading an article you wrote about distance dietitian programs. I know your time is short, but could I ask you a question? I am looking at starting the distance dietitian program at UNC. However, I -am wondering if I bit off more than I can chew. My husband is deploying next year and I have four kids. All my kids are in school, but I was wondering how vigorous was UNCs program? We’re you completely miserable in school? Or were you able to have a good balance of school and family life? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Tiffany
Would love to hear more about your meals.
Thanks so much, Barbara! What can I help you out with?
I love the new look!!! It’s obvious to see how much work you’ve put into this, and it’s really paid off! Congratulations. 🙂
Fun fact about me: I look some time off after high school to do some mission work and lived in India for two months!
Thank you so much!!! 🙂
I remember the days when you were terrified of dogs until we introduced you to Simon and Claire.
They really helped break the ice!!!
Beautiful!!!
Thanks Mom!! You were able to get the comment through 🙂
