Workouts, Breakfast Recap, and One GIANT Cookie
Hello and happy Friday!
Workouts
Let’s take a look at yesterday. Yesterday was a very busy day for me, but I wanted to make sure that I squeezed my workout in. Luckily, I have Tina’s Best Body Fitness 4 Week Holiday Workout Plan which is geared specifically for these busy holiday months that may include a lot of travel.
The 30 Minute Moderate Interval workout was great, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the workouts look like. It was easy for me to follow, and I was able to extend the workout past the 30 minute time mark without a hitch. The added bonus? I was able to multi-task and review notes for a work presentation later that day.
Multi-tasking during a workout? Not something I do often, but it comes in handy on the rare occasion when I need to do it!

November Breakfast Challenge Update
Still staying strong in the November Breakfast Challenge area!
Here is a look at my breakfasts so far this week:
Monday:
- Overnight oats in an almond butter jar….delicious.
Tuesday:
- The Oatmeal Artist’s Fudgy Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Wednesday:
- Cottage cheese topped with cherries, strawberries, banana, and pepitas
Thursday:
- 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, cottage cheese, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, and salsa
While it is a challenge to put a little more thought into my morning meal, I really am enjoying the challenge. It’s allowing me to realize all the breakfast foods I love to eat that I often forget about…like eggs!
Special Treat
And because it is Friday, I thought I would leave you with this little gem.
That cookie is as big as my hand underneath the plate…huge! On Wednesday night, Brian told me he was craving freshly baked cookies. Of course, I didn’t have any cookies and I wasn’t planning on making any so I scoured the internet to find the PERFECT single cookie recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction. This cookie was so tasty (I snuck a few bites!), so easy, and honestly it was kind of fun to make one GIANT cookie 😉
