Ingredients

1 cup quinoa, cooked
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cup black beans*
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup salsa, any kind
2 limes, juiced
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, avocado, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, salsa, lime juice, cumin and sea salt.
Stir to combine and enjoy!

*look for low sodium, no salt added or rinse under water for about 1 minute.
