A tour of our nursery for baby girl including a peak in our storage baskets, links to decor, paint colors, and anything else you may want to know!

The second Brian and I found out we were having a baby, I started planning the nursery…to be honest I had started planning this nursery with secret pinterest boards YEARS ago!

I knew I wanted it to have the fresh feel of being in the garden and being outdoors, and I wanted it to be cohesive with our master bedroom and the rest of the house, which is a huge reason why I opted for more green than pink as the anchor. The green goes well with pink and floral accents, and the overall feeling of the room is fresh, happy and relaxing.

Below, I’ll share links to decor, paint colors, a peak inside baskets, and anything else I think you may want to know…but if I missed something please feel free to comment or message me with a question and I’ll update!

In the top basket of the changing table, we have diapers (our plan is to use this eco-friendly brand for the first two months while we adjust to parenthood then switch to cloth diapers from Bumgenius).

In the lower baskets we have burp cloths and wash cloths in one and the other contains first aid, lotion, and diapering needs like diaper cream, etc.

We love the lids on the baskets to hide what is inside AND keep our dogs out of the baskets.
