Hey!! Happy Sunday 🙂

How has the weekend been treating you?  Anything fun happen or was it just a chill and relax kind of weekend?

While Brian and I had our first official Colorado visitor it was actually a pretty chill weekend.

Here are some highlights:

I needed GLOVES on my Saturday morning run!?

Saw this Pumpkin Pasta Sauce at Whole Foods and I want to try and recreate it…it looks so rich and creamy 🙂

I ended my Saturday night with a Sweet Potato Brownie and some No Sugar Added So Delicious Coconut Milk Ice Cream while watching What to Expect While You’re Expecting.  Such a cute and funny movie with TONS of stars!

Made my first homemade batch of Healthy Bites.

And I enjoyed a wonderful almond milk latte this morning.  Yummmm.

Here is a look at what we have planned for meals this week:

  • Brian’s lunch this week:
    • Southwestern Salad with–spinach, romaine, black beans, quinoa, salsa chicken, cheese, onions, tomato
  • Lunches for me:
    • Hardboiled eggs
    • Chopped Veggies
    • Hummus
    • Salads
    • Leftovers?
