King Arthur Flour was kind enough to gift me with a couple of boxes of their gluten-free pumpkin bread mix.

While I am a die-hard rule follower, when it comes to recipes I can be quite the opposite. ย I’m always tweaking, experimenting and adjusting to make things my own, so you better believe I did that with this pumpkin bread mix!

King Arthur flour is the best!! I’ll have to look into their pumpkin mix. Thanks for sharing, Tara !

  2. I can’t tell you how many cakes I’ve baked recently that have these two ingredients (just change the box to any flavor imaginable!) It’s so easy and simple, and I love how fudgy the cake/cookies turn out. SO good!
