I want to give a shout out to two of my blogging friends “blends” Lindsay over at The Lean Green Bean and Tina of Best Body Fitness.
These ladies are truly inspiring and hard working and they have come up with some awesome e-books to help you during the super busy holiday season.

That means each workout can easily be done while traveling or from the comfort of your own home if you don’t have time to hit the gym, It also means you don’t have to give the workouts a second thought. Tina has already done all the thinking for us!
There is an awesome private facebook group to help with accountability, support, questions, and is a great sounding board when you need to talk with someone about the workouts.

So far, I have only completed a couple of the workouts because I do have time to make it to classes at my gym, but on the days when I go for a run or need a little something extra….or don’t feel like layering and bundling to got to the gym super early…Tina’s workouts are a saving grace!
Lindsay is a Registered Dietician and she is ALWAYS coming up with creative meal ideas, ways to prep for the week ahead, and she makes sure to share lots of tips and recipes each week.
Her e-book is a compilation of tips and tricks for meal planning, grocery list creating, grocery shopping, food prep, and eating healthy on a budget. In addition to all that she makes sure to include some of her delicious recipes.
I’ve already tried a few and loved them all!
