Quick, easy, tasty snacks are ALWAYS something that I am trying to create.
When it comes to snacking, I look for something with quality ingredients that isn’t too hearty (after all, it is a snack and not a meal!) with great flavor that Brian and I will both enjoy. Therefore, I created Peanut Butter and Jelly Snack Bites!
These bites are extremely simply (all you need is a food processor!) and only require three ingredients.
That’s it!!! There you have 16 little balls that are a great pre-workout or mid-afternoon snack. The dried dates and cherries will give you a nice little carbohydrate energy boost to get you going and the fat and protein in the peanuts will help you feel satisfied until your next meal.
These are also a great sweet treat to pack in lunches!
